Returns & Exchanges

Because each Creative Sanctuary Club collection is thoughtfully curated and contains handmade, consumable, and limited-edition items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at creativesanctuaryclub@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.

We want every collection to arrive safely and be enjoyed as intended.

 

Subscription Memberships

Creative Sanctuary Club memberships may be canceled at any time before your next renewal date.

Once a monthly collection has shipped, that month's charge is non-refundable.

Founding Member pricing is reserved for active members and cannot be reinstated after cancellation.
