When will I get my order?
Each collection is thoughtfully assembled, packaged, and prepared by hand. Because many items are handmade or curated in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for orders to be processed before shipment.
Individual Collections
Individual collections are typically shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Monthly Club Memberships
Creative Sanctuary Club collections ship once per month. Members will receive an email notification when their collection is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Creative Sanctuary Club is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at creativesanctuaryclub@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can assist you.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each Creative Sanctuary Club collection is thoughtfully curated and contains handmade, consumable, and limited-edition items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at creativesanctuaryclub@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.
We want every collection to arrive safely and be enjoyed as intended.
Subscription Memberships
Creative Sanctuary Club memberships may be canceled at any time before your next renewal date.
Once a monthly collection has shipped, that month's charge is non-refundable.
Founding Member pricing is reserved for active members and cannot be reinstated after cancellation.
